§ 01 — The mark

A seal, drawn from geometry.

A circle holds the perimeter. A diamond stamps the gate. A small gold square is the record at the centre.

The mark is the operating idea.

The ring is the release perimeter: who may receive, where it lives, what assumptions hold. It rotates because compliance is a moving boundary.

The diamond is the committee gate: a stamp that lands once, decisively, on a known file state. The wine fill records that the moment occurred.

The small gold square at the centre is the launch record itself — the answer the issuer can defend when the question comes later.
